Cultural Translation Services is a privately-owned company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
We are a minority and woman-owned company that provides Translation and Interpretation Services and Cultural Translation Training for the State and Local Law Enforcement Community as well as private sector companies and corporations.

We are here to provide a cost-effective solution to state and local agencies that will assist in getting through language and cultural barriers to bring success to casework. Since we are focused on state and local agencies, we understand budgetary restrictions and are available on a case-by-case basis, as opposed to companies that require employees be put on a payroll.
Private Sector Community
Cultural Translation Services partners with private sector companies to help bridge cultural gaps so they can go to the next level in customer care. We would be happy to work with you on a contract-by-contract basis, so your costs are kept low and your goals are met!

The CTS team has decades of experience supporting the law enforcement mission; in state, local, and federal arenas. Our linguists have long careers in the law enforcement field, both current and retired, working as officers, analysts, agents, and investigators. Additionally, our translators include current and retired military personnel, so we fully understand casework and investigations in a way that makes us a unique addition to your mission. Lastly, many of our translators have active security clearances in the event that a more secure environment becomes necessary. This is determined on a case-by-case basis, with the client’s input, and would be discussed prior to any services being rendered.
What to Expect
The first step is to contact us so we can discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have before we begin. This is where you can tell us about your case/project, what you would like to accomplish, and what we can do to help you reach that goal. We will also discuss details as to any specifics that you are looking for (for example, conversation involving a certain crime or target).
If translation work is what you are seeking, we obtain your files (via mail and/or secure storage) and determine the scope of the project so we can create a statement of work for your approval.
Once we have the Statement of Work back from you, we begin work on your project.
When your project has been completed, you will receive files back from us that have gone through a thorough quality control process. Lastly, we will meet again (virtually or in-person) to debrief (go over the files and make sure we answer any questions).
